Recycled Water - Resource or Lunacy
Most of us intuitively perceive that using water more than once is a good and noble cause. Some take this to zealous extremes and demand it of governments and utilities. Every recycled water scheme must be paid for by customers, either those directly benefiting from the water supplied or those benefiting from the social and environmental consequences of the recycled water scheme. Only when customers perceive this value and are willing to hand over their hard earned dollars can the recycled water be considered a resource. In all other instances it is lunacy.
